Upgrade from stock to ???? on a '96 Civic EX

Well, its time to replace my OEM tires on my '96 Civic. They are 185/65 R 14. The questions is, what is a good choice? I would like to up the size to a 60?, but without changing the accuracy of the speedometer/odometer. Living in the upper mid-west I need something that is all season, particularly for the winter months. Any suggestions from the tire experts??
