I got a flat while alone with five very small children. I put on the spare and drove to Costco. The wait was three hours(normal) but they helped me immediatly,seeing I was in need. They not only gave me an awsome deal but put the tire on for me right away. They made my day. Getting a flat when you buy from Costco is NOT a bad thing!!!
