VERY WORRIED FOR TIRES SPEED LIMIT

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the owners manual says: "Sustained high speeds of more than 75 mph (121 km/h) for one hour or more are not recommended for mud and snow tires, and may lead to tire failure". I am very worried because I recently change for Michelin´s P235-75-15 LTX M/S (108S). I really appreciate comments please. Thank you... Fernando (ARGENTINA)
