I didn't know GLE's came with A05's. I just replaced the A05's on my '96 SE at 32k miles because one was out of round. The Proxes H4's are fine, but don't have the response or grip of A05's. I got Yokohama AVID H4's, which are smoother and quieter than the A05's but don't have near the steering resonse. If you can find A05's ( and I don't know where, I heard Nissan dealers charge $161 for them) be prepared to give up the ride and quiet of the GLE.
