Lt235/75R15 is 28.9 inches tall,9.3 inches wide(section width) and approx.7.2 inches treadwidth. Revs per mile (RPM) 721
30x9.50R15 is 29.6 inches tall, 9.9 section, and 7.3 tread. RPM 704
Your 225 is 28.3, 8.8, and 6.6 respectively. RPM 736
Speedo error and odo error will be 2% for Lt235 and 4.3%
These both will work ok, but it changes your gear ratio too so if you have plenty of power for hills and passing ok. If you are short on power you will be downshifting climbing hills.
