Goodyear Eagle Ga tires are the WORST! I also Have a Passat. Most Tire stores charge $200 a piece for those crappy tires. Your lucky if you get 15,000 miles out of them... I'm glad to know yhat I'm not the only one screwed by Goodyear!! Good luck.
