a Michelin LTX A/T vs. Pirelli Scorpion A/T

I own a 1995 Jeep Cherokee and I am thinking about changing my factory wrangerlers to either 30 9.50 Michelin LTX A/T or 30 9.50 Pirelli Scorpian A/T. Which is better, or is there a better choice. Also will the increase in tire size hurt my jeeps transfer case or anything else?
