Get the name and phone# for the Regional Manager
from the service center and contact him. Ultimately
he will make the final decision. When you
contact him be insistent that you want your tire
replaced. I have done this myself when the tire store
wouldn't replace them the regional mgr. stepped in and
authorized the replacement. Michelin is easy to deal with.
