18 inch tires on a Lexus SC400

I drive a Lexus SC400 with 18inch rims.
I am looking at getting replacement tires in the following sizes.
235x40x18inch fronts
265x35x18inch rears.

Currently I am running Continental Contisport which is a quite tire but wears out quite quickly.

I am looking for a tire which is (in this order)
1) very very quite
2) long wearing (i drive about 20k miles per year)
3) good price.

I am not after a sticky high performance tire as you can only go so fast in normal everyday traffic.

I am looking at a set of tires which will last a long time (50k miles) and needs to be very quite.

Any recommendations?
