I bought a set of Triathelon II(s) recently. NTB claimed that this line is manufactured by Yokahama. They seem to be good tires, but have a harsh ride.
I have previously bought their Patriot line and was quite happy with them for a generic tire. These were supposed to be made by Kelly.
