Good 4-season tire: Michelin X-One or others?

Hi,

I'd like to get a better set of all season tires for my Civic coupe. It currently has Firestone FR680 P185/65-14, which many considered one of the worst tire ever.

I've considered tires like Dunlop D60 A2 JLB but they don't have 185/15-14. I phoned a tire dealer and the rep suggested Perilli P400. He said P400 is just as good, rated number one in Consumer Report test, and is cheaper.

Where I drive rain is a concern, with mostly slight snow in the winter.

So, any suggestions and opinions will be appreciated.
