I have been quite pleased with my Gislaved NordFrost II's on my Saab 9000 turbo. Since few minivans are sold in Sweden, so it is quite possible that the tires are simply no good for minivans. My father's Gislaved NordFrost 1's are now on their 4th northern New England winter and there has been a time when I have passed jeep's on the mountain road to our ski house. It must be defect in your tires, or your vehicle, that is causing the problem. Logically how could all saab and volvo dealers all sell Gislaved's tires if they were all cracking.
