Help...flat spot on tires

I just bought brand new Yokohama A520s and I was on the highway today and an accident happened right in front of me and I had to slam on the brakes, my cars front tires skid about 120 feet....just missed the car in front by 4 inches....there's a flat spot on the tire now. I looked at the tires after and it must have shaved 3/32 inch on one spot. The flat spot is now noticeable at low speed. Any advice on evening the tire back to normal??? tire shaving maybe??
