There is a company called Transwheel that specializes in OEM wheels, including ones for Volvos. A few of the body shops that i deal with use them. Unfortunately, i cannot remember anything more about them, other than their name. Another thing you might want to try is going to your local Volvo dealer to see if they might be able to work out a trade with you. 17" wheels for 850R's are desirable because they have a tendency to bend or break when you hit a respectable pothole.
