Excessive wear in the center can be a sign of overinflation. Use a good quality air guage and take a pressure reading BEFORE you drive your vehicle and make sure it is at the pressure recommended in your owners manual. DO not take a reading when the tires are warm. If your tires are at the correct pressure, you may want to take the car back to the CHevy dealer for further inspection.
