P7000 Summer Experiences?

I'm looking for a good replacement for my SP8000s, but I'd like to keep the cost down to less than $125/tire. The TireRack has a 215/40-16 P7000 Summer for $99 so...

How do they grip, ride, and wear? Any other recommendations? TIA for any feedback.
