'92 acura integra 15" sumitomo, need chrome 4 under $600

I know this is supposed to be for tires but I've got some good summer tires already and I want to know where can I find some chrome rims that aren't ugly five stars for under $600. If I can find some 16' rims then I'll get new tires as well. MONEY IS A FACTOR. THANKS IN ADV FOR YOUR HELP.
