Aftermarket wheels

I expect to take delivery of a conversion van in the next 2 weeks. The van is suppose to come with aftermarket wheels (Prime)and wide 275/60-15 Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS's. 235/75-15's are standard.

I have been told that aftermarket wheels are not "hubcentric", meaning they are built to fit several vehicles and not specifically manufactured to fit perfectly over the GM hub.

My questions are:
1. Should I be concerned the aftermarket wheels are not hubcentric? Should I stick with the factory alloy wheels?

2. Should I get the wider 275/60 tires which are 4 ply passenger tires or should I stick with the 235/75 factory tires which will eventually allow me to to upgrade to Michelin LTX's.

Comments/opinion/expert advice all welcomed!!
