My experience with Kelly HRs in Iowa makes them the worst tire I have ever had in rain or snow. They hydroplane (spin) on interstate upgrades in the rain. Old ladies in anything outdrag race you in pintos, if it is raining out. There snow traction is worse, I rate these tires very unsafe, although the run like a slot car in Autocrosses on Dry pavement. Overall such a poor compromise I traded for Cooper Lifeliner twos. per consumer reports tests and found them much better for all around use.
