Honda with mismatched tires question

At some point when my 96 Honda Accord was in
various shops, I found my tires were switched. I
now have 2 35psi and 2 44psi.

Questions are: Which should I replace, Should I
keep them & underinflate the 44s, Should the 44s
be in front or back, etc.
