P70s or 75s on an SUV?

I have a 97 4 Runner
I am thinking of downgrading from 31x10.5 LT 15 s to P-metric size. (truck came with P225 75R 15s origially)
Any size recommendations?
Any advantage between 70 or 75s?
Which rides better?
