Goodyear has really showed us their committment to producing high performance tires by pulling out of Formula One racing. Most people I know all agree that Goodyear tires are overpriced. Eagle Aquatread, RSA, Gatorbacks, GSC, F1, all peformed average on dry pavement and poorly in the wet. The wet performance gets worse especially after the tires wear. Goodyear spends too much on marketing and not enough on engineering. I have learned to stay away from their products. If you are still not convined, just ask Michael Schumacher and the Ferrari F1 team. Apparently they have suffered many losses due to the Goodyear tires' premature wear as compared to Bridgestones used by their competitor. Goodyear - its time to shape up!
