You can get H rated tires at tirerack in 195 60 15 for about 50 dollars each. Dunlop
D60 or Yokohama AVID H4 are both excellent tires in that price range. 200 bux plus 25 shipping and 40 for mounting, balancing and new valves and you can have 4 quality H rated tires for 265 bux. T rated tires will probably be about 5 dollars cheaper. Michelins tend to be a bit overpriced and you can get more value for the dollar with other brands.
