michelin x-one discontinued ?

to all

i bought a set of x-ones at National Tire Battery in dallas, texas. had to replace a tire in december after one month (road hazard) and was informed that the tire was on back order. then i call in on 2-4-99 and was informed that the tire has been discontinued by michelin. trying to verify if this is true or not. have e-mail to michelin to verify if possible from that end. any information would be appreciated. one of the best tires i have ever run. wet or dry great traction and performance on my 95 chevy truck.
