Well, the Hakka 1's and NRW's are as good as they come. These tires give good compromise between snow, wet and dry performance. There is never going to be a tire with perfect snow/ice and dry grip, at least not yet with the limits of today's technology. If you think the Hakka's are bad in the dry, try corner on dry asphalt with any of the "ice compound" tires such as Bridgestone BLizzak, Dunlo Graspic or Yoko Guardex.
