Pirelli got rid of the Armstrong brand early '97 or late '96. It no longer exists, you may have problems replacing the tires if something were to happen to them - not a good thing!

However your 8'' wheel is ok for a 31X10.50R15 tire. I had the opportunity to ride on some light truck tires form various manafacturers last week, Dunlop, BFG & Bridgestone. The Dunlop was the best all round product out of the bunch. You would have two choices in comparison to what you were looking at:
The Radial Rover RV - a true All Terrain tire, 50/50 on/off road type product but with minimal on road noise.
The Radial Rover A/T OWL - a "Highway All Season" type product, leans towards a 80/20 or 90/10 on/off road tire. But with traction capabilities when used off road that it won't let you down. The quietest compared to any O.E. level tire of it's type. And it has a 60,000 mile warrenty. Check out Dunlop's web site for more info. They worked for me though.
