RE940 or plus 0 sizing

I'm still looking at getting tires for my Q45. My first option is to put potenza re940 original size
215/65R15. But now I'm thinking i might plus 0 size it. I'v never done a plus 0 before only
plus 1. Does any one know how this affects a rear wheel drive? The more contact patch
is the attraction.
