The 1989 Taurus (along with all 86-98's) have a camber and caster adjustment in the front. It involves drilling out the spot welds on the strut mount and sliding it in the necessary direction. While this is a limited adjustment (about 1 1/4 degree), it may help in your case. If that is not enough of an adjustment, there are manufacturers of aftermarket alignment products (Stempf, Northstar, etc.) that do make a kit to adjust camber on the front of your vehicle.
