Tires for 1988 Honda Civic Wagon

I'm looking for the best all-season tire for my wagon. Wet and snow traction are important, treadwear not that much. Would also like good handling in dry pavement. Is this too much to ask for??? Also, how much bigger tire can I safely use without affecting handling? P175/70/R13 on car now. All help appreciated!!!
