The seal tire was my idea first. I sent a letter explaning an idea that I had to all of the big tire companies in hope that they may pay me for this idea. I am por and didn't have the money for a patent. Idid do a search online and there was no patents to cover this idea. I then filled out an idea oringiation form and mail a copy of the letter explaining the idea to myself, so that I can prove I mailed these letters befroe the new tires were on the market. I can't say how they got the idea only that I sent them a copy of my idea explaining how to make one. I think that I should be reconized as the person resposnible for the design.
