Well I really dont think you know what your talking about as there are only a small handful of tire makers and they make all the brands out there.
Its really just fiting the tire to the user. They are all safe if they are new as the must pass standers. But you do get what you pay for. Brand name means latest tech.
None brand name in most case is old tech that was once the newest and best.
