'95 Civic LX SE needs tires - HELP!

I need 4 new all-seasons for my '95 civic lx. I currently have Dunlop P175/70R13/82S. I'd like to upsize to a wider tire (P185) for a smoother more confortable ride. Possible?

I live in Toronto so I need all season tires that'll perform well in snow, ice, rain, and in the dry summer months. My budget is approx. CD $65 per tire. I'm not a speed freak, so I'm not looking for high performance tires.

Any suggestions? I want a smooth, quiet ride with good fuel mileage, and little road noise (I already have enough wind/road noise with the Civic!)

How are Michelin vs Pirelli vs Dunlop vs Yoko vs Toyo?
