tire upgrade question

I am currently using 195/65 hr15 tires on a 1996 MB C220
Can I replace all 4 tires with wider tires ( 205/?? R15) with out changing my rims?
and if so, with what tire aspect ratio.
The rims are original 15 X 6.5J rims.
