Toyo doesn't make the T1 anymore. The new model is the T1 Plus, which is an improvement over the T1 for wet performance. I have not tried the Conti CZ91, their ultra high performance tire. From the articles I've read, there has been mixed reviews. They are either rated as the best or the worst! Based on my own experience with the Conti snow tire TS740 last winter, I am not particularly impressed. I currently run Dunlop D40M2s on my MR@. Great tires and a good value. Check out the tirerack website "www.tirerack.com" and look at the conusmer survey. Their performance figures are not that different from the Sp8000.
