I'm about to change the stock tires of my Z3 and I'm
considering both the SP 9000 and the SZ50, with Ride Comfort
and Noise Levels as the two most important considerations.
The two tires rank very high on the said aspects and the
SZ50 was the highest rated tire in tire rack's online customer
survey. I was already more inclined to buy the SZ50 but the
problem was the SP9000 is still not included among the tires
compared in the survey NOT TO MENTION the reports of defective
SZ50's that were posted here. Correct me if I'm wrong but
you can't actually spot a defective tire til you put them on
to your car for some time.

I would really appreciate any comment regarding this matter.
There is no snow here where I'm stayin so I don't really
care much about the all around capability. Just Ride Comfort,
Noise Level, and of course, handling. Thanks!
