Price wise the Blizzaks are not that much more than the competitors' snow tires (Hakka, Yoko and Dunlop) However since the special ice compound only last about 25000Km, they last half as long as other tires and hence making them in effect twice as expensive. Has anyone ran the Hakka 1's? I am curious as to their performance on ice. I am not sure if they are also made of "ice compounds"
