Front or back vibration? Do you feel it in the steering wheel too? I had a front end vibration/steering wheel shimmy problem on my 96 Mustang GT, after I replaced my OEM tires. Turned out to be the bushings on the front lower control arms. Had the entire control arms replaced (under warranty)with new improved bushings, which dampen the vibration. I found this out only after repeated rebalancing, alignment, brake rotors check, and tire round inspection. Since you have a Ford too, maybe this is it. Check the Alldata web site, too. Maybe there's a TSB on your T-Bird.
