Hoosier Radial A/T 31x10.50

I have had the tread separate from the steal belts on three (3) Hoosier Radial A/T 31x10.50. The tires do not lose air pressure after the tread separation. Hoosier (General Tire) will not warranty the tires or pay for the damage caused by the separation. Has anyone had the same problem with this tire?
