I have had great luck with Michilien XGT H4's on my civic ex. They provide excellent handling in the wet, dry and ok in the snow. I say ok since I have Bridgestone Blizzacks for the winter tires which are far superior in the snow. But if your main concern is snow then performance try Nokian tyres. their website is www.nokiantyres.com
