New tires for 95 Maxima - Michelin Energy MXV4?

I need new tires for a 95 Maxima and I'm considering Michelin Energy MXV4.

I want the best all season touring tires out there - including great performance in rain and snow.

What about ratings? Is it worth it to upgrade to V rated tires over the H's?

Any suggestions?
