I take offense at your followup. I kept constant vigilance on my GoodYear Aquatreads,
keeping the pressure to manufacturer's recommendation. I also have my front end aligned
at least twice a year. I maintain my car with the utmost care and with nothing but the
safety of my family and other drivers in mind. Yet I had four GoodYear Aquatread
disinegrate on me while driving. Look at all the complaints about Aquatreads on this
bulletin board. No other tire has near as many complaints registered. These tires are
dangerous. I wonder how many lives have been lost or irreparably damaged due to
GoodYears' refusal to admit that these tires are of poor quality.
By the way, the dealer I originally purchased my Aquatreads from now refuses to carry
them because of the number of defective tires. The GoodYear representative also admitted
to me that the tires have had a much greater rate of failure than any other tire they
sell. The GoodYear customer service rep recommended that I don't purchase additional
Aquatreads (as if I would!). This tire is dangerous and deadly.
