Dunlop D60A2 JBL Questions

I have decided to go for a set of 215/60HR15 Dunlop
D60A2 JBL for my 96 Maxima SE. I live in NYC and
I racked up 55k miles in two years, so I want all
season and great tread wear.

Does the tire have the JBL marking so that I can
identify it from the old D60A2 version?

I wanted to order from Tire Rack, but I don't have time
to wait. So far, the cheapest is $75 each which
includes mounting and balancing. Is that a reasonable
price?

What does the 50k miles tread wear warranty cover?
