need tires for '86 Mazda RX7

new engine, new exhaust, new transmission. Time for new tires. Have Goodyear 195 60 R14 but want something better, sportier, maybe Pirelli? Will a wider tire fit? I'm open to all brands, have only tried Goodyear and Firestone
