Caitlin, presently Goodyear makes the Eagle runflats in high performance sizes only. For your Maxima I would recommend the Michelin X-One Zero Pressure Radial. This tire is a T-rated touring tire which has excellent riding and handling characteristics. You should be able to pick up a set for about $1000 installed which will include the required pressure monitoring system (you truly cannot tell by the handling if the tire is flat!).
