Need to Replace my tires.

I have a 1995 GMC full size van which came with General Ameri tech ST's tires. It's only
been 22k miles and the tires are almost completely worn. I am not happy with these tires.
Looking to replace all four tires. Would like to have quite ride, good wet/dry traction,
decent mileage. Dealers have been recommended the following tires;

Cooper, Douglas, Goodyear, Michelin (BFG,Uniroyal)and Dunlops.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

BTW: Anyone ever heard of Michelin Quester or something like that.
