It looks like General Tires are not very well liked on this BBS. Continental makes a
tire called the Touring 2000 (205/65-15T). Its looks identical to the General
XP2000 II which is a OEM tire on Nissan Altima in another size. The General also
has a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty. The spec for both tires is identical.
I called Continental and a lady said General don't make their tires.
It seems Continental make good tires since they are on BMW, Mercedes & VW and other
European Cars.
Does anyone know anything about the Continental Touring 2000 ?
All I am looking for is a decent low cost tire that is good all year round.
