I can't believe none of you guys have figured it out..., I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee V8 with Up-Country suspension. I have ran Goodyear GSA 31x10.5x15 and am now runing Yokohama Superdigger V 31x10.50x15 and the truck not only looks and rides awesome, but there is plenty of clearance, rubbing only occurs when the wheels are turned to an extreme.
