Replacement tires for Minivan

Time to replace the Michelin XW-4's on my 95 Windstar after getting 60K miles out of them. Have found that I cannot get XW-4's due to a shortage. Now I am having to find a different tire and would like to stay in the $70 price range that I could get them for. The latest Consumer Report gives high ratings to the Dunlop SP40 which I can get from www.tirerack.com for $53 each. I live in Albuquerque and get very little rain or snow so my concern is a good ride on dry pavement. Any recommendations?
