NTB? Doesn't sound familiar, so guess we don't. Big chains here are Discount Tires and Big O, and, of course Sears.
I've thought of going up in speed rating - but the price is stiff. The V and Z rated tires go for twice to almost three times the H rated ones around here.
But I may 'bite the bullet' and go that way. Do you have a suggestion for a V-rated all-season that has good snow traction?
