I've put these tires (P4000ss) on two rear-wheel drive cars, a Mercedes 190E and a legacy 80 BMW 528i. While they are a little noisy until warm, for dry, wet and light snow traction they have been excellent. I'm especially impressed with their ability to deal with wet roads, even during heavy rains/thunderstorms. I will continue to buy these tires as long as they're available. They are a real bargain.
